The Pole works as the chief technologist and at the same time the head of compound feed production at Agrotechnika LLC, which is part of the Pan Kurchak Agroindustrial Group. He has European specialized education and experience in specialized foreign companies. The Polish specialist, who is familiar with European standards and technologies, was recommended by foreign partners, said the chairman of the supervisory board of APG “Mr. Kurczak” Serhiy Horlach. According to him, the foreigner has been responsible for the production of European-quality compound feeds for almost 5 years, which are competitive in foreign markets.

Currently, the company is looking for new specialists in specialized European universities. In particular, negotiations are underway with Polish students at the University of Warmia-Masuria (Olsztynie), the University of Natural Sciences (Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy we Wrocławiu) and the Main School of Agriculture (Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wówie). They also offer employment to Ukrainian youth who receive higher education abroad.

Meanwhile, the first job at Agrotechnika LLC was given to 6 young specialists last year. Another 13 students of specialized domestic universities are enrolled in the personnel reserve of the enterprise. All of them are potential employees and can fill vacancies. And this year 20 Volynians have already received new positions at Agrotechnika LLC, Serhiy Horlach noted. He also added that this was preceded by an increase in production of finished products and expansion of markets.

At the same time, the company cares about its further development by investing in human resources. In particular, this year the budget for professional training of specialists has been tripled. Thus, employers will finance seminars, trainings, language courses so that their specialists can improve and implement European practices in production. After all, the quality and competitiveness of Volyn products in foreign markets directly depends on that.
