Agro-industrial group «Pan Kurchak» is a modern, vertically integrated company operating in the Ukrainian market since 1994.
«Ahidel» LLC is one of the most modern and largest incubators of Western Ukraine.
The reproductive stocks of ROSS and COBB crosses were imported by Agidel LLC from the parent farms of Hungary and Germany and maintained on 2 repair young stock farms and 4 reproductive farms.
The number of reproductive herds is 167260 heads, which makes it possible to obtain 27 million pieces own hatching egg per year.
There was installed the most modern German equipment (‘Big Dutchman International GmbH’) on those farms. The automated system of the collection and sorting of eggs allows us quickly to collect eggs in the chicken coops and to deliver them to the incubator or to the customers by cars with a special micro-climate.
LLC «Ahidel» is used a semi-automatic spray-room uniformly metering spray vaccine for the vaccination of broilers. In addition, the installation of the injectable vaccine is in use, which helps identify and take into consideration the position of each chicken during the vaccination.
Для вакцинации цыплят-бройлеров в ООО «Агидель» используют полуавтоматический спрей-кабинет, что равномерно и дозировано распыляет вакцину. Кроме того, работает установка инъекционной прививки, которая помогает определить и принять во внимание положение каждого цыпленка во время вакцинации.
The poultry complexes breeding the inventory of male parent use heat generators ‘RAU’ to heat poultry houses. Straw of grain crops is used here as an organic fuel and it permits the company to be energy independent.
LLC «Ahidel» is one of the first enterprises of Ukraine to set the alternative fuel boilers for heating industrial premises.
The automatic system for the optimal incubation humidity is in the incubator of LLC «Ahidel». This could improve the process parameters.
