Participants: initiative groups of citizens and public organizations preparing (prepared and submitted for consideration by the Council of Experts) local development projects within the charity program “Improving the well-being of communities” Serhiy Martyniak Foundation “European Vector”, representatives of village councils (chairmen, secretaries, deputies) , Mass media, representatives of district and Volyn regional councils and state administrations, representatives of international donor organizations and technical assistance programs for Ukraine (OSCE, IF “Renaissance”, ISAR-Unity, NDI, Charles Stuart Mott Foundation). The forum is designed for 150 people.
