Cooperation with educational institutions and care for the professional level of staff is one of the important activities of the Agro-Industrial Group “Mr. Kurchak”. On May 29, future veterinarians studying at Rozhysche College of the Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology got acquainted with the work of one of the largest enterprises in the structure of Agidel LLC. This experience can help them in employment.

Knowledge and skills are the two main components of a master of his craft. Today, many educational institutions provide students with a strong theoretical base, but this is not enough to find a job. At the same time, there is a shortage of workers in the labor market, and veterinarians and zootechnicians are in short supply. The agro-industrial group “Mr. Kurchak” undertook to correct the situation.

Serhiy Martyniak, the head of Pan Kurchak Agro-Industrial Group LLC, and Ivan Kolyada, the incubator’s manager, made an excursion to the future veterinarians.

The capacity of the incubator, which is an integral part of the large farm “Mr. Kurchak” – almost 33 million eggs a year. Students got acquainted with the peculiarities of his work and all the processes – from egg storage and, in fact, incubation to vaccination and sending the chicks to the poultry farm.

“We train specialists not only from technical schools, but, starting from schools, we hold meetings, tell – where to go to study and give the opportunity to work at our company, if they study well, and the incentive – an additional scholarship, it rises from the first year I hope and believe that these children will be good workers and will benefit both our company and our state, “said Serhiy Martyniak.
