In Volyn, graduates of rural secondary schools are introduced to the “Way to the Future” program and information booklets about the program are distributed among them.

It will be recalled that the Way to the Future program was initiated by Serhiy Martyniak, Chairman of APG Pan Kurchak LLC, to support young people studying in colleges and educational institutions of agro-industrial vocational education.

As part of the program, high school graduates will be able to choose a future profession to work in APG “Mr. Kurchak”. In turn, the agro-industrial group and Serhiy Martyniak will provide students of vocational schools with an additional scholarship of UAH 150.

In case of successful training and internship, all of them will be guaranteed employment at the enterprises of Agropromgroup “Pan Kurchak”.
