APG “Mr. Kurchak” decided to improve communication with customers. Therefore, now she will conduct monthly tours of the enterprises so that guests can see with their own eyes the whole process of manufacturing products.
15 clients of the company from Volyn and Lviv regions were the first to visit the enterprises. The tour was conducted at Novovolynsk Meat Factory LLC and Gubin Poultry Complex LLC.
First, Ruslan Ostropolsky, the director of NMC, acquainted the guests with the history of the meat-packing plant.
“The territory of the enterprise is 10 hectares. And more than 200 people work at the meat plant. Thanks to our facilities and recent modernization, we manage to produce 800-900 tons of products per month, depending on the season, ”says the director.
After that, all guests were required to complete health questionnaires. As explained at the company, this is because they carefully monitor product safety. In particular, before entering the territory of the shop of the group companies, each employee takes a shower every time and changes into a special sterile suit.
The guests were shown the processes of raw material acceptance and processing. After that, they saw how to make sausages, semi-finished products, breaded products, smoked sausages, cutlets. The last point of the excursion route was a shop for storage of finished products.
The company also held a tasting. They tried a new line – breaded products, as well as several types of sausages. The range of Novovolynsk meat-packing plant includes more than 200 species. So guests were invited to view a wider selection in the brand store. It is located on the territory of the enterprise.
After that, customers were invited to visit the poultry complex “Gubin”. The tour of the enterprise was conducted by the chief technologist Natalia Titova. She told and showed all the stages that a chicken goes through before it hits store shelves. Guests had the opportunity to see the process of packing chicken non-stop.
Customers note: they were pleasantly surprised by the attitude to cleanliness at the enterprise. They were told that the premises were regularly disinfected. And it’s not just about all the equipment and the floor. Every six months, Gubin orders the services of a cleaning company to clean the ceiling and walls. Control of cleanliness and safety is carried out at all stages thanks to laboratories – both own, and independent.
“We have been cooperating with Mr. Kurchak for 10 years. Very satisfied with the quality, timeliness of delivery of goods. Impressions of the tour are very good. We were impressed by the purity. Everyone who comes in is disinfected. This is rare to see”, – said Svitlana Syrodyuk, manager of Amila-Plus from Turiysk.
The guests could learn more not only about NMK and Gubin, but also about other enterprises of the agro-industrial group Pan Kurchak. The directors of each of the companies came to tell about them in more detail.
Oleksiy Taranov, director of Agrotechnika LLC, explained to the guests how the company manages to raise a chicken in 100 days. He said that the whole secret is the quality of feed produced by the company.
If we talk about feed, then “we are what we eat.” Therefore, these are complete balanced feeds, which have everything: proteins, fats, carbohydrates. When a bird is raised in a village, it is fed grain. But we do not eat one porridge. The body cannot fully develop on grains alone. Therefore, we use protein, but vegetable origin: sunflower and soybean meal. The feed also contains sunflower oil, vitamins: calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, groups A, B, C. The same thing you give your children. That’s why feed is so effective. ”
Director of Agidel LLC Maksym Kharchenko said that the company has a powerful fleet. Therefore, the company has the ability to deliver chickens without losing quality and weight for hundreds of kilometers.
“The geography of our deliveries covers 13 oblasts, including Kharkiv. That is, the fleet supplies chickens for 1200-1300 km. The company can work with customers from anywhere in Ukraine. After all, we can supply the market with 12 million chickens a year ”.
Volodymyr Lvov, the director of Gubyn, considers the idea of organizing such meetings with clients to be very successful, as Agropromgroup is constantly working to establish communication. And excursions are an interesting format.
“Customer visits to production are always effective. After all, today we talked live with people who buy our products. They had questions about cooperation between us, as between the manufacturer and the buyer. And we took into account all the suggestions. Thank them for that.
We are open to the consumer, because we comply with all standards of quality and safety, legislation. Therefore, if the client wants to see the whole process from the inside – we are always ready”.
Clients emphasize that no one has done such excursions for them yet. They say that such an experience will definitely be useful, because among the guests are not only managers but also sellers.
“We will definitely continue our cooperation. We will continue to develop even with their semi-finished products. We brought with us two sellers who sell chicken so that they can see the production with their own eyes and be able to tell people in what purity and what quality they produce, ”said Natalia Bondaruk, Amila-Plus manager from Turiysk.
Agropromgroup “Pan Kurchak” emphasizes that the tours will be able to visit not only representatives of such large networks as “Auchan” or “ATB”. They will be happy to see the owners of small shops. And also note: for them each client is important.
